Transplant Community Consulting & Advisory
Offering Patient Voice in Patient-Centric Initiatives
Patient-centered initiatives are only as powerful as the connection they make with the people they are designed to serve.
As an experienced kidney transplant recipient, patient advocate, and industry consultant, Risa Simon brings a unique patient perspective to organizations developing services, resources, campaigns, and patient-facing communications.
Her approach combines lived experience, creative problem-solving, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of what it takes for patients to move from being overwhelmed to becoming actively engaged in their own care.
Risa works with organizations on patient advisory committees, engagement strategies, educational resources, campaigns, and patient-facing materials—helping ensure that the message isn’t simply patient-centered in concept, but meaningful and relevant from the patient’s perspective.
