Before You Begin

This quick interview will help our Story Coach find the words to create your story, one step at a time. As you answer the questions, don’t worry about grammar, spelling, or saying everything perfectly. Just write from a place of grace and gratitude. The most powerful stories aren’t the most polished—they’re the most heartfelt.
The Interview
Think of this interview as if you were working alongside a writing coach who helps you express what’s in your heart.
You’ll be asked 7 questions about who you are, what you’re going through and your hope for finding a living kidney donor. Take your time—there are no right or wrong answers, only honest ones.
Most people complete the interview in about 15-20 minutes.
Your answers will be transformed into an authentic story that reflects your hope for finding a living kidney donor.
What You'll Receive
After your submit your answers, our internal Story Coach will create your story and send it to your email.
You’ll also receive a shorter “recap story” for those who want to join your team to help you spread the word.
Review. Edit. Share.
Once you receive your story, it’s yours to make your own. You can edit it, copy it, and paste it anywhere you’d like.
Of course, you’ll need to share it (with family, friends, in social media and your community) to get your story heard.

Your responses are only used to create your story about your transplant need and donor search.
Avoid including confidential medical information that you would not want shared publicly.
